yes i am new too this and i been going into chat servers and when i talk i stay in and if i idle i get dc its wierd....i was wondering what should i do? i have windows vista and no chat server is working for me..could u plz help me out?

how can i download the new addonchat version 8 and why do i have to spend money on it isnt it usualy free?

There is nothing to download except the needed java. The chat is free unless you want more administrative features. The chat itself is hosted by addonChat's servers so you don't need to do anything to host a chat except sign up for a free chat account.
