Integration with a Joomla Site

Hi,

Someone successfully integrated Addon into my Joomla site recently, but something went wrong, and now anyone who tries to go into the room gets a, "wrong password."

I'm desperately trying to figure out what went wrong, and have little experience with working with Joomla. Is there anyone here who knows how to do this,and can you help me? This is a health site, and we really need to get this up again.

If not, can someone tell me how to set it up - a chatroom moderated for speakers and audience - separate from the board?
