    Send us a ticket support@addoninteractive.com. Include your SC account number, the specific files in questions (triggers for the files would be best) and if needed, a valid username/password with direct link to your chat.

    I see you're online... Wondering if you could help me out with this... Im having a issue with wav files playing in chat but will play from control panel... files are under the 32kb requirement... I have one that plays but thats from a previous time I uploaded... Files that wont play have been on there a month... I thought it was like the first time I uploaded files where they were there a while then started working but not luck with these

    We only store transcripts on our system for the last 24 hours. It might be a good idea to submit a ticket. From there I can resend yesterdays transcripts. The presence of the ticket might also be something where Chris can check to see if there is a problem in our servers. We've had no other tickets about this problem. Be sure to include your SC account number with your ticket.

    How are you

    For the past 10 days - the transcripts of the chat which i receive regularly has been irregular even yesterday i dint receive any into my email. What could be the reason. I have checked the settings its absolutely fine. Please do let me know the reason or do i need to raise a ticket for this.

    I just moments ago experienced the same thing. Not sure what the problem is but am sure it will be taken care of in the quickest possible time. The support ticket system seems to be down as well. Apologies for the inconvenience.
